Grateful Gatherings Begin Here
Connor, Evin, and Callum (2) visit often to stock up on produce, cheese, bread and toys.
Callum zoomed through the aisles adding treasures to his cart faster than Mom and Dad could keep up. He’ll become a big brother to baby Elliott in February, and we know these boys will grow up making special memories at the store. As Evin says, “this place is cooler than cool.”
We are grateful to the Nordland Garden Club for continuing their merry tradition of donating the fragrant holiday wreaths that now adorn our storefront.
Heaps of gratitude to Carol and her mom Marcy who delivered these showstoppers and to our own Marc for hanging them with festive flair!
Michael and Bonnie come from Port Gamble for groceries and the warmth that makes our store feel like home.
Bonnie has started her holiday shopping here and will be back for more one-of-a-kind gifts. After helping a woman locked out of her car, and then seeing our staff drive her home for spare keys, they said, “This is why we love Marrowstone.” We couldn’t agree more. Hope your Flagler hike was amazing!
We’re ready to help you bring bounty to your Thanksgiving table.
Want to level up your spud game? We’ve got six kinds of potatoes. Craving Aunt Clara’s legendary roasted squash? We’ve got plenty to choose from. Looking to green up your feast? Come check out our locally grown greens.
Joanna and Carl rolled up in their 1951 Chevy truck to see what we’ve done with the store.
They said it feels brighter and more airy, yet still holds the magic it’s had for generations. And being in “the most picturesque place in the world,” as they put it, certainly helps. We’re happy we had the ingredients you needed to make your soup!
15% off all NGS merchandise!
You may be conflicted about Black Friday, but Rigel and Quince are 110% on board with NGS co-op members getting 15% off all NGS merchandise the day after Thanksgiving.
New hoodie color? Check. New insulated mugs? Check. Quince’s iconic haircut? Double check.
When Desserae and her bestie Gail (not pictured) heard about our Community Pantry, these devoted cat moms asked us about starting a Pet Pantry.
Their idea was simple: neighbors donate pet food to the box and anyone who could use a little help feeding their pets takes what they need. We said “heck yes,” and now their little box of kindness sits on our front porch for all to use. Do we live on the best island or what?
Join us on Saturday, January 17, for a conversation with Port Townsend author Erica Bauermeister as she discusses her newest novel, No Two Persons.
This exploration of how the same story can touch each of us differently has us intrigued and ready to curl up for a rainy-day read. We are excited to welcome Erica, hear what inspired this novel, and learn more about her writing process.
Huge cheers to our friends James, Taylor, and Amy for earning Best Winery in Jefferson County and Port Townsend.
Completely deserved. Completely delightful. We’re proud to support their craft and offer their wines at our store.
