Holiday warmth…and COLD!

Meet Cleo (age 3).

This lucky guy visited Marrowstone to watch Ravioli, a harbor seal pup, return to the wild at Fort Flagler. SeaLife Response + Rehab + Research (SR3) rescues and rehabilitates marine animals throughout the Pacific Northwest. If you’re lucky, you can witness one of their releases firsthand. Cleo and his family made the trip from Poulsbo and stopped in after the release to admire our locally made pottery and enjoy a few tasty snacks.

Bruce and Carol visited us from Seattle.

These sweethearts will be married 50 years in 2026! It was their first visit since the fire and they were pleased to see the store’s familiar charm has endured. We hope these proud grandparents had a magical holiday with their five grandchildren (those photos were adorable!) and we’re thrilled they treated themselves to a couple of holiday goodies as well.

We’re pretty smitten with Milo, Peter’s 15-week-old cavalier spaniel.

Peter was thrilled to spot Erica Bauermeister’s new book, No Two Persons, on our shelves. He snapped up a copy and plans to attend her book talk on January 17. He’s also a fan of our produce, people, pastries and porch (we do love a good alliteration!).

Welcome 2026 with bubbles!

Whether you fancy champagne, prosecco, cava, or a festive blush, we have sampled and approved each bottle on our shelves.

Uncork the news! Enjoy 10% off full cases and 5% off half cases of wine and bubbles every day. Mixed cases are encouraged!

Ever wonder who’s behind our fabulous home-cooked frozen meals?

Meet Britt of Britt’s Delish. We sampled her cottage pie, beef stroganoff, and pot roast and were impressed by the fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Stuck without a dinner plan? Pop one of these into the oven straight from the freezer and enjoy a hearty, delicious meal in under an hour.

Twins Josh and Anna (13) bravely boated over from Hadlock with their dad, Matt, and family friend Meghan on a chilly December afternoon.

Meghan had a $50 store gift card to spend, and we were thoroughly entertained as the foursome strategized their $12.50-per-person purchases. There may have been some classic tween negotiating involved! We’re so glad you loved the remodel and our emphasis on local goods, and we hope the boat ride home was just as fun.

Polar Plunge Warm-Up!

Kick off the new year with 20% off insulated mugs and 15% off ceramic mugs on New Year’s Day. Fill up pre- or post-plunge and warm up in style!

Mickey and Jordan visited the PNW from Brooklyn.

Jordan’s childhood bestie just had a baby, so these two pulled together the perfect duo of gift bundles—smoked fish and a candle for the new mom, and a locally crafted puzzle and stuffed bear for the little one. As bartenders, they gave big cheers to our mix of traditional and new-school wines, our lively staff, and our commitment to all things local. So happy you visit often!

Join us on Saturday, January 17, for a conversation with Port Townsend author Erica Bauermeister as she discusses her newest novel, No Two Persons.

This exploration of how the same story can touch each of us differently has us intrigued and ready to curl up for a rainy-day read. Copies are available at the store!
